Landlord can no longer take higher depsoit for a pet. You can howver mitigte the costs by charging a higher rent for a range of pets to put aside shoud there be issues. However this amount MUST ber advertsed as such when you first put the property up for rent. So when it advertised enusre your needs are met by informing us in advacne.

Our Landlords are now insisting that all tenants have contents insurance and also accidental damage to landlords property. A copy of insurance will be required on date of tenancy.
